Batik Wood Miniature Vintage Scooter, Vespa (Scale 1:9)

This wooden miniature vintage scooter is specially designed and hand crafted by skillful artisan. After crafting the miniature with tropical wood, the ornamental piece is painted with batik motives on it.

The design is done by using the “batik canting” method in which the artisan uses a wax-resist technique to apply the colors directly on to the wood creating a mesmerizing design. Since the artisan crafts each piece by hand, please expect slight differences in the natural hues and grains of the woods.
